Espar Heater Service

Let’s make sure your heater is running smoothly before you go on your next grand adventure.

Espar heaters build up carbon soot inside their burner chambers from burning fuel. They produce more soot when using the heater at higher altitudes (about 6500ft and above). It is recommended that you get your heater serviced at least once a year or after 2000hrs of use, whichever comes first (just like an oil change in your car).

We offer the servicing of Eberspacher Airtronic D2L and B4L heaters. This includes:

• Cleaning of the burner chamber and glow pin housing

• Replacement of the Glow Pin screen

• Replacement of both burner chamber and blower motor gaskets

• Replacement of fuel filter

• Overall install inspection (We will check that the heater was installed to current standards and recommend any adjustments)

• Thorough test run

Pricing starts at $490

Pricing is based on an easily accessible heater (ie. under the passenger seat). Heaters in hard to access locations will have an added cost. Pricing does NOT include any diagnostics of a non-working heater or recommended adjustments to the installation. We will be happy to offer you these services at an added cost.

Van Compass and Agile Off-Road Suspension Upgrades

Summer is coming to an end and we hope you had a blast taking your van out for many grand adventures! Thinking about next year's adventures already and want to make them even better? Well let's improve the most dreaded part of having a van as an adventure vehicle, the handling and suspension!

We can add a variety of ride improvement packages to Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit Vans. We work with Agile Offroad and VanCompass.  Both companies have a great selection of packages that help improve the handling of your van that can help with clearance, rear sag, stability in the wind or curvy roads, and more. There's a lot of options, so we can help you decide which package is right for you! But here are the most popular choices:

1. Van Compass Stage 4.3 - Sprinter 2015+ 4X4 2500 - $4870 including install, alignment and 100 mile re-torque

2. Van Compass Stage 4 Topo 2.0 - Transit 2020+ AWD - $4220 including install, alignment and 100 mile re-torque

These kits often come with a shock tune option and/or rear leaf spring replacements. Either requires us to know the weights of your van. We will need the gross, front axel and rear axel weights. In order to determine these weights, you’ll need to visit a truck weigh station or a local commercial landscaping supply center. It is recommended that these weights are taken after your van is fully converted. If taken before, please provide an estimated weight of everything you plan to add to the vehicle.
