Custom Camper Van Builds on Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit

This is a 90-minute working session. We go deep on your build scope, walk you through how we engineer our systems, explain how we compare to other builders, and make sure you understand exactly what you're getting and why. At the end, you receive a detailed estimate broken down by category. The $150 fee comes off your build if you move forward.

Once you approve the estimate, a $5,000 deposit secures your place in our production schedule. We typically book 3 to 6 months out.

Before your build starts, we meet to lock in your layout, cabinetry, and finishes. We produce a floor plan and 3D renderings for your sign-off. We then invoice 50% of the total build cost so we can pre-order all materials and stage everything for your start date.

Your van goes into production. We send weekly photo updates throughout the build. At the six-week mark, we invoice for half of the remaining balance.

Plan to spend a few hours with us. We walk you through every system in your van, answer your questions, and send you off with a user guide and component manuals. We recommend your first overnight be within a few hours of Denver so we can quickly handle anything that comes up. Final payment is due at pickup.

Your build is covered by a 1-year / 24,000-mile craftsmanship warranty. Components carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We're not hard to reach if something comes up.

Custom campervan build-outs range from $85,000 to $180,000, not including the chassis. The final number depends on platform, systems, finishes, and complexity. Our instant estimator gives you a starting point in a few minutes

A complete custom-built van takes 8-12 weeks to build from the time your van arrives at our facility.

Yes. We are a licensed Colorado dealer and can sell the chassis and build together as a complete package. We also work closely with several dealerships and a trusted used van broker if you prefer to source independently. Let us know what you need and we will point you in the right direction.

We provide a 1-year / 24,000-mile warranty on craftsmanship and materials. Components like fans, refrigerators, and electrical equipment are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

There are two common approaches, and which one makes sense depends on whether you're also purchasing the chassis through us or financing a build on a van you already own.

If you're buying the van and the build together, Ford and Mercedes dealers will sometimes finance the chassis plus upfit as a package, typically up to $70,000–$80,000 on a five-year term. For anything beyond that, a separate loan for the build makes more sense.

For build-only financing, lenders like LightStream and Trident Financial offer personal loans with terms up to 20 years. We also recommend checking with your credit union — they often have competitive options people overlook.

One piece of advice we give every client: put as little down on the van as possible and keep your cash available for the build. The chassis is straightforward to finance. The build is less so, and having liquidity during the process gives you more flexibility.
