About the $5,000
The $5,000 is held as a Vanlife Customs credit.
If you move forward, it’s fully applied to your build
If either party decides it’s not a fit:
The slot is released
The full amount remains as Vanlife credit, usable for:
A future build
Partial builds
Upgrades and Service Work
Credit valid for 12 months
Non-transferable, non-cash
Good-faith exception:
If you explicitly request a refund within 7 days of your review call, we’ll refund the $5,000 in full.
