battery Upgrades
Upgrading your batteries is a great way to extend your time offgrid and increase the value of your van at the same time. Vanlife Customs can upgrade you old AGM battery bank to Lithium (LiFePo4) to double your capacity in the same footprint. We offer battery bank capacities from 100ah to 900ah from Victron Energy, Aims Power and Lithionics. Often upgrading the batteries requires upgrades of other compnents in your system. We recommend scheduling a consultation call to discuss your options.
Solar Charging
Adding solar to your system will help keep your batteries topped off while your out adventuring. Vanlife Customs installs Victron Energy and Renogy solar controllers and solar panels. We offer rigid and flexible panels from 100w to 270w.
Secondary Alternators
If you already have a robust lithium battery system in your van or are planning one, we highly recommend adding a secondary alternator to quickly charge the system and reduce the strain on your vehicle’s factory alternator. We offer Blamar high output alternators with Wakespeed controllers.
Diagnostics
